Access 2010-2016匯出Excel時，如果有資料超過4000字元，即使在Access設定為備忘模式，在以下狀況匯出的Excel也可能被截斷為剩4000字元。
即匯出時勾選「匯出具有格式與版面組態的資料(W)。 選取此選項，在匯出資料表、查詢、表單或報表時,可保留大部分格式與版面配置資訊。」（Export data with formatting and layout. Select this option to preserve most formatting and layout information when exporting a table, query, form, or report.）
目前研究結果，認定最好的方法是不勾選此項，即可保留完整的字元數。
